Hi, I'm Steph!

I’m here to help you drop your all-or-nothing approach to fitness, build your strength and confidence, and find balance by creating a sustainable relationship with movement.

I’m a fitness coach who believes that exercise should feel empowering and fun and should be a celebration of what your body can do.

I believe that fitness should be inclusive and accessible to all bodies and include all genders, colors, shapes, sizes and abilities.

Training with me will help you learn how to listen to your body and work WITH it instead of against it to get long-term, lasting results.

You SHOULD
train with me if:
  • You want personalized and effective workouts with your specific goals and limitations in mind

  • You have long-term goals like making movement a consistent practice in your life

  • You want a coach who understands the struggle of prioritizing your health while living a busy life

  • You want to let go of your all-or-nothing mentality and find balance
You should NOT
train with me if:
      • You want to be yelled at bootcamp style (so not me)

      • You want a quick fix or super fast & unsustainable weight loss

      • You want to follow an extreme, restrictive diet, or meal plan

1:1 Coaching

Live 1:1 virtual sessions via Google Meet or in person if you’re in the Atlanta area.

1:1 coaching is for you if:
    • You want a 1-on-1 coaching experience with live feedback including cues for correct form

    • You struggle to work out on your own and want the accountability of a scheduled appointment with a coach

    • You want thoughtful, effective workouts specific to you and your goals and any limitations you may have

Personalized Workout Programs

Workouts made just for you laid out with instructions and exercise demo videos delivered through the TrueCoach app, where you can keep track of your progress and communicate with me.

A personalized workout program
is for you if:
      • You’re comfortable working out on your own

      • You want a structured program to follow with the flexibility to decide for yourself when it fits it into your busy schedule

      • You want thoughtful, effective workouts specific to you and your goals and any limitations you may have
What you get:
      • Up to 3 strength + 1 conditioning workouts per week
      • warm up and mobility included in each workout
      • new training blocks every 4-6 weeks
      • exercise demo videos so you can see how to perform the movement
      • access to me via the TrueCoach app for form feedback or to ask any questions you may have
      • ability to keep track of your progress through the app
      • monthly 30 minute check-in call with me via Google Meet to go through any movements you may have questions about, learn new exercises, ask more in depth questions, talk about your goals, set new goals, etc.
